When you enter Apsara and you will find an inviting modern atmosphere with a distinctive Asian flair. The food focuses on the traditional flavors of Cambodia and Vietnam including pho, chow foon, rice and curry and it is sprinkled with meat and vegetarian options. Apsara also has something called hot pots - visitors are brought their meal's ingredients and the patrons cook them table side in a heated pot of broth. The menu has most everything you would expect, a few surprises and a few twists on traditional fare.
